Bonnka Lim

Bonnka Lim is the Vice President of Content Marketing & Partnerships at Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment (WBIE), the videogame division of Warner Bros.  Lim oversees the marketing team’s efforts for branded content, brand partnerships, esports, livestreaming, and social/community strategies across WBIE’s portfolio. His focus in this role is to help amplify key marketing beats, and build strategic partnerships to create content that broadens audience reach.  

Prior to his current role, Lim held brand marketing roles within WBIE for the global team in Burbank and on a territory level in France.

Lim has more than 15 years of experience in videogame hardware and software marketing, working in the U.S., as well as in international territories including France and Benelux.  Prior to joining WBIE in 2010, Bonnka worked at Ubisoft, Electronic Arts and Microsoft Xbox.

Rikard Steiber

As President of Viveport at HTC Vive, Rikard manages the global Viveport VR app store business. Prior to HTC Vive, Rikard successfully built up several international businesses in Video on Demand, YouTube MCNs and eSports, as the CEO for MTGx and Chief Digital Officer at Modern Times Group.

Michael Cai

Michael leads the company’s gaming vertical, providing a wide variety of market research and analysis products to help clients gain a comprehensive understanding of consumer gaming habits and interest and make strategic decisions. Prior to joining Interpret, Cai served as Director of Digital Media and Gaming for Parks Associates. During his tenure with Parks Associates, Cai established and grew its gaming coverage practice and led a research team to provide syndicated and custom research for digital media, gaming and service provider industries.

Michael Zhang

As the Founder and CEO of Firefly Games, also the former CEO of ZQGame Inc. (U.S. Subsidiary) and President (Overseas) of ShenZhen ZQGame (a publicly traded online gaming company), Michael Zhang is a serial entrepreneur in online/mobile gaming, E-commerce and social network businesses with 20 years working (14+ years management) experience. In Jan., 2015, Michael founded Firefly Games Inc., a global publisher and developer of mobile games with offices in Los Angeles and Shanghai. The company’s valuation has become $100M in 2016 and it was selected as the top 50 LA startups to watch in 2017. In 2008 he co-founded and became the CEO of Ray Flame Entertainment Inc., a MMO-browser/SNS game publisher/developer in Los Angeles. Prior to Ray Flame, Michael was the General Manager of THS International Inc., the world largest MMORPG virtual currency provider. Also he served the U.S. General Manager position of an Online Game Publisher – VestGame Entertainment.

Josh Burns

Josh is a consultant in the gaming industry working with game developers, game publishers and service providers focused on online and mobile gaming to support key business areas including strategy, market intelligence, marketing, game publishing, business operations, product management and business development. Previously, he worked at 6waves, leading the US product management team for one of the largest publishers of games for Facebook, iOS & Android, where he managed & launched over 100+ apps including those from top developers like Kabam, Nexon & Atari, as well as games based on IP from Eminem, Disney, Dungeons & Dragons, Starz & BBC. Prior, he worked at Electronic Arts in EA’s division, supporting one of the largest casual games websites focusing on product management, customer insights, new platforms, market strategy & analytics.

Jennifer Dill

Jennifer Dill is the Senior Director of Global Business Operations, esports, for Turner Sports.  Having held this position since March 2016, Dill oversees all of the day-to-day business operations for ELEAGUE – the premium esports content and live tournament brand from Turner and IMG.

In the three years since ELEAGUE’s launch, Dill has coordinated the internal and external resource needs to build and foster the expansion of the brand’s premium content initiatives and live events, including global syndication and distrbution, financial management, production, legal, marketing, digital products, sales and partnerships, research, and talent.

Dill has more than a decade of experience in media planning and strategy, helping partners understand audiences and fandom to determine the most effective methods of promoting their products.

Prior to joining the Turner Sports division, Dill served as Associate Media Director, Turner Media Group. She has worked across Turner’s portfolio of linear and digital networks and apps, including CNN, TNT, TBS, Cartoon Network and Turner Sports, and supported an array of top-tier cable networks including A+E, History Channel and Discovery.

Dill graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Minnesota with a Bachelor’s degree in strategic communication, and holds a Master’s of Business Administration from Georgia Tech’s Scheller College of Business.

Javier Ferreira

Javier Ferreira is the co-CEO of Scopely, an interactive entertainment company and mobile games publisher. A longtime digital media and technology executive with 15+ years of experience in gaming, Javier joined Scopely in 2014 as COO to expand its business operations, strategy, slate and partnerships. In 2016, he also became President, overseeing all aspects of day-to-day operations, and joined the Scopely Board. In 2019, he became co-CEO with co-founder Walter Driver. Prior to Disney, Javier served as Chief Executive Officer of TF Artes Gráficas, a graphic arts publisher in Spain. Earlier in his career, Javier served as Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Europe at JAMDAT Mobile, which was acquired by Electronic Arts during his tenure for $680 million. Javier helped build the JAMDAT business into a Top 3 Mobile Games Publisher in Europe. Following the company’s exit, Javier served as Vice President of Publishing at EA where he drove the brand’s global strategy and technology investments across the EMEA region, as well as expanded international distribution and closed a wide range of strategic partnerships with major IP holders. Javier began his career in gaming at Telefónica Mobile as Head of Product, Games.

Chris Heatherly

Chris Heatherly is a games and media executive in Los Angeles. He worked for The Walt Disney Company for 14 yrs as it’s Vice President of Toys and later Senior Vice President of Disney Interactive where he oversaw Disney’s massively multiple online worlds and mobile gaming efforts, including Club Penguin, Star Wars Commander, Frozen Free Fall, and Disney Emoji Blitz. Most recently, he was Executive Vice President of NBCUniversal’s gaming efforts he led a push into gaming, most notably with the Jurassic World franchise, including the launch of the mobile location/AR hit, Jurassic World Alive, and a successful console game, Jurassic World Evolution. He also drove innovation in VR/XR with location based virtual reality experiences for Jurassic World and How to Train Your Dragon. Heatherly is currently working with mobile games leader N3TWORK and leading Funko Pop! Blitz, a multi-IP casual mash-up based on the successful toy brand.

Ned Sherman

For the past 20 years, Ned Sherman has worked in the entertainment, media and technology industries with a focus on dealmaking, investments, growth strategies and M&A.

He is a partner at Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, a global professional services firm, where he leads the Digital & Technology Transactions Unit (representing top tier entertainment, tech and CE companies); director of Manatt Digital, the firm’s management consulting group; and a member of the investment committee for the Manatt Venture Fund. He is an active investor through Goal Venture Partners.

He is also Chairman and co-founder (previously CEO & Publisher) of Digital Media Wire, Inc., a marketing and strategy consulting firm that represents an A-List clientele of entertainment, media and technology brands and owns and operates media properties and events.

He has spent some time working with talent including as Global Artist Manager and General Counsel to multi-platinum, Korean-American hip-hop artist Jay Park (now signed to Roc Nation) and held legal and executive leadership positions at several media company ventures and with a boutique media-focused investment bank.

He holds a bachelor’s degree from Brown University, a master’s business degree from HEC Paris School of Management and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Texas School of Law.

Lisa Anderson

Lisa Anderson is Senior Vice President of Studio Operations for Jam City.  She oversees mobile development for Jam City’s LA offices.  Prior to joining Jam City Lisa spent 18 years at Disney and most recently was Vice President, Disney and Pixar Games at Disney Parks, Experiences and Products. While there she was responsible for Global game development across both internal and externally developed titles including the mobile hit Disney Emoji Blitz.
