Biography
Shara Senderoff is the president of music and technology investment group, Raised In Space Enterprises. Named as one of Forbes’ “30 under 30″ and Fast Company’s “100 Most Creative People in Business,” Senderoff is joined by industry giants – Zach Katz, Scooter Braun’s Ithaca Holdings and Ripple’s Xpring – to raise the value of music through investing in the next generation of transformational tech companies.
Senderoff also founded digital marketing & innovation engine, Something Gold, where she continues to serve as CEO.She manages and develops music artists, songwriters and producers and advises both C-level execs and startups throughout Los Angeles and New York. Some of her clients have include Atlantic Records, Artist Partner Group, Spotify, Charlie Puth, Katy Perry, Blake Lively, Wunderman, L’Oreal and more.
With a passion for film and TV, Senderoff began her career as an apprentice for mogul producers Scott Rudin (The Social Network), Dan Jinks & Bruce Cohen (American Beauty) and Kevin Bright (Friends), where she climbed the ranks and grew to Vice President of Film and Digital at The Mark Gordon Company (Grey’s Anatomy, Saving Private Ryan). There Senderoff developed a slate of 20+ feature films with Universal, DreamWorks, 20th Century Fox, Sony, Paramount and more. In 2009, Senderoff spearheaded Mark Gordon’s first-ever digital department to develop new properties with cross platform capabilities.
Through this digital/startup incubator, Senderoff launched startup Career Sushi (formerly Intern Sushi), an innovative platform that hosted tens of thousands of hiring companies and 500,000+ internship and job candidates.
