Mona Ibrahim

Mona Ibrahim is a video game and interactive entertainment attorney with more than 16 years of experience spanning senior in-house leadership and private practice. As Lead Counsel for Strategic Partnerships and Ecosystem Partnerships at Epic Games, she advised on high-value strategic transactions, complex intellectual property licensing, and metaverse initiatives across Fortnite, Unreal Engine, Rocket League, and Fall Guys, including major collaborations with Disney, LEGO, Paramount, Warner Bros., and other global brands. In private practice, Mona has served as outside general counsel to game developers, publishers, technology companies, and digital media businesses, advising clients throughout their lifecycle on corporate strategy, financing, commercial transactions, development and publishing agreements, licensing, intellectual property, talent matters, and mergers and acquisitions. She holds a J.D. from West Virginia University College of Law and an LL.M. in Entertainment and Media Law from Southwestern Law School and is licensed to practice in Washington.
