Mike de la Cruz is the Chief Business Officer at Directly, where he is responsible for the
company’s go-to-market and customer experience strategy; leveraging Directly’s CX Automation
platform to help companies deliver better customer service at scale, while creating economic
opportunity for people in the AI era.
Mike has spent his career focused on the intersection of automation and the customer experience – specifically its application in developing scalable, global solution programs. As Vice President of Applications & Industrialized Software Delivery at Hewlett-Packard, he led global expansion initiatives, providing automated software solutions for various sectors spanning telecommunications, financial services and transportation. Prior to that, he led the CRM/CX businesses at SAP and Siebel Systems, delivering critical mobility and analytics solutions for enterprise markets. Mike holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.A. degree from Yale University.
