Biography
Laura is a Vice President in J.P. Morgan’s Global Investment Bank.
Based in Dallas, she covers Media and Communications companies across the U.S. as part of J.P. Morgan’s continued focus on the Middle Market. Laura has experience advising clients across a variety of transaction structures, including public and private capital raises and M&A, with a focus on clients that sit at the nexus between the Media and Technology sectors.
Prior to J.P. Morgan, Laura spent time working in Silicon Valley at Google, Twitter, and as part of a Telecommunications startup before transitioning into the financial services sector. Laura holds a B.A. in Chinese and International Studies from Emory University, a Master’s Certificate in Chinese Studies from the Johns Hopkins SAIS – Nanjing program in Nanjing, China, and a J.D. / M.B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and Wharton School, respectively.
