Biography
Antoine is a Director in the Technology, Media & Telecom group at Bank of America. His expertise spans across gaming, software and digital media.
As an investment banker, Antoine has been involved on some of the notable gaming transactions of the decade, including Miniclip’s acquisition of Easybrain for $1.2 billion, Savvy’s acquisition of Scopely for $4.9 billion, SEGA’s acquisition of Rovio for $780mm, the sale of Tripwire Interactive to Embracer, or the acquisition of Codemasters by EA for $1.25bn.
Prior to his role at Bank of America, Antoine was in a similar role at UBS. He started his career in the Mergers & Acquisitions team at UBS in London and New York.
Antoine holds an M.Sc in International Finance from HEC Paris and an M.Eng in Computer Science from Ecole Centrale.
