Alyssa Mendoza

Alyssa Mendoza has served as Head of DE&I Business Integration at Activision Blizzard since
December 2022. In this role, she focuses on incorporating DE&I principles into every aspect of
Activision Blizzard’s operations, from designing more inclusive games to engaging diverse
suppliers and promoting inclusive DE&I data reporting.

Prior to joining Activision Blizzard, Alyssa spent 12 years at Accenture as a strategist focused
on inclusion and diversity, employee experience, leadership development, and change adoption.
During her tenure, she served on the Inclusion, Diversity & Equity Practice Leadership Team
where she helped develop thought leadership and practice strategy for the newly formed
client-serving practice.

She designed and launched a groundbreaking program aimed at promoting equitable hiring and
skilling. This innovative initiative created diverse digital talent pools and laid the foundation for
successful hiring across multiple companies.

Alyssa holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pennsylvania and is based in
Philadelphia.
