Pamela Bingcang is a product and technology lawyer with over a decade of experience in the US and Japan. She has worked alongside product, development, business and support teams on worldwide game launches and live services, and is currently Associate General Counsel – Video Games at Fortis Games. She has built game development lifecycle compliance programs, crafted AI policy and guardrails, negotiated licensing and transmedia deals, and just really loves video games.
