Dave Anderson

Dave Anderson is currently Vice President, Business & Legal Affairs, for NBCUniversal/Universal Products & Experiences where he focuses on games, digital platforms, licensing, and rights.  He has practiced in the video game and interactive entertainment industry for nearly 30 years representing publishers, developers, licensors, and technology providers.  Prior to NBCUniversal, Dave was Counsel at Locke Lord LLP; Vice President, Business and Legal Affairs for THQ Inc.; a partner and co-head of Nixon Peabody LLP’s interactive entertainment and new media team; and a partner at Offner & Anderson, P.C.  He attended UC College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly Hastings) and UC Davis for undergraduate. Dave’s practice focuses on all aspects of the interactive, entertainment, mobile, and new media industries.
