Biography
Lee Rawles leads EA’s business affairs team responsible for global in-bound content and esports licensing, the development and distribution of theatrical/television/OTT linear entertainment, and EA’s Hollywood talent and union relations.
Lee has broad business experience within the sports, entertainment and interactive industries. He has partnered closely with numerous leagues, players associations and governing bodies of sport, including FIFA, MLB, MLBPA, MLS, NBA, NCAA, NFL, NFLPA, NHL, NHLPA, PGA TOUR and UFC. Lee has successfully negotiated licenses of the most high-profile and high-caliber brands in entertainment, including licenses from Disney, DreamWorks Animation, Lucasfilm, Paramount, Twentieth Century Fox, Universal Studios and Warner Brothers. Lee’s deals also include licenses across all major and many independent music labels, key partnerships with most of the domestic and international automobile manufacturers, and esports development, facilitation and broadcast distribution relationships.
Lee’s work materially impacts substantially all of EA’s and EA SPORTS’s blockbuster franchises, including Battlefield, Dragon Age, FIFA, Mass Effect, Need For Speed, Madden NFL Football, NBA Live, NHL Hockey, Real Racing, Star Wars (multiple franchises, including Star Wars Battlefront), The Simpsons: Tapped Out, The Sims, Titanfall, UFC and more.
